The Pending Home Sales Index increased 0.3% month over month to 71.2. Contract signings rose in the South (+2.3%) and West (+3.0%) but declined in the Midwest (-1.6%) and Northeast (-4.2%).

Regional indexes were South 86.2 (+2.3%), Midwest 72.1 (-1.6%), Northeast 61.6 (-4.2%), and West 54.3 (+3.0%).
