A Guest online account allows you to log in to nar.realtor and manage certain newsletter subscriptions, along with access to a limited subset of content — but it does not grant access to member-only resources, education records, or Code of Ethics training.
A Member online account requires your REALTOR® Member ID and unlocks full access to member-only content, your education records, all NAR subscriptions, and the ability to update your contact information.
If you've logged in to nar.realtor and noticed that your full member information isn't displaying — or that your account shows you as a "Guest" — you likely either have two separate accounts or only have a Guest account on file.
Try these steps to log in to your member account:
- Log out and log in with the email address you used to register with your REALTOR® Member ID.
- If this is the only account information you have, re-register using your REALTOR® Member ID to ensure your login is properly tied to your membership record.
If your membership has become inactive — whether due to unpaid dues, a membership violation, or what you believe may be an error — your online account is converted to a Guest account. Please reach out to your local board to resolve the issue.
