Gary Duda has been a top-selling Richmond REALTOR since 1995 and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Action Real Estate since 2002 with offices in Richmond and Charlottesville.
Gary is also a licensed real estate instructor and course author, having written dozens of real estate courses on topics from ethics, fair housing, technology, contracts, and more. Technology has been one of Gary's favorite topics, and he has written courses on smartphone apps for real estate, running a cloud-based business, social media, and cyber crimes. Gary uses a down-to-earth approach to teaching technology because he believes that the best technology is the one you can understand and use daily.
Gary also has his series of courses that he has developed entitled the "Real Estate Skill Series." All these classes are intended to help make real estate agents better REALTORS and to gain a better understanding of the various aspects of their job. Most of his courses are approved for CE and always free to any REALTOR who wants to attend.
As a father of 3, Gary and his wife, Shannon, reside in Western Henrico County. Gary is also a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Journalism having worked as a wire service reporter for United Press International and as an assistant to the Kansas Senate Majority Leader.
