All 2027 Committee Chairs, Vice Chairs, Staff Executives, and Liaisons are invited to NAR Leadership Launch—the next evolution of Leadership Camp. This will be a virtual event, taking place September 22-23, and all sessions will be recorded for those who are unable to attend live.

As NAR celebrates 10 years of preparing volunteer leaders, we've modernized the experience to better reflect the work ahead. Get energized for the year ahead and gain the context, confidence and clarity you need to lead effectively.

Sessions are shorter than in the past, and this new format is intentional: we know everyone’s schedules are full, and our goal is to deliver high-impact content in a focused amount of time. Invitees can expect to receive invitations and Zoom links via email in mid-September.

Kickoff with Team 27: Setting Direction – 30 minutes
Time: 11:00 am CT

Join the 2027 Leadership team as they share strategic plan updates, define success for committee leadership, and connect strategy to the roles of Chairs and Vice Chairs. You will receive information needed to describe NAR’s strategic priorities and understand why committee leadership is critical to advancing them, understand the expectations of chairs and vice chairs, and connect your leadership role to the broader vision for the future of NAR and the REALTOR® organization.

Turning Strategy into Impact – 45 minutes
Time: 12:00 pm CT

Turn alignment and priorities into action by applying a structured approach to begin defining committee goals. You will begin connecting your committee work to the pillars of NAR’s Strategic Plan, and identify next steps to begin developing committee goals.

Beyond the Agenda: Building Committees that Work Better Together – 45 minutes
Time: 2:00 pm CT

Drive impact within your committee through effective stakeholder alignment, meeting facilitation, and open engagement. You’ll learn practical facilitation techniques and governance tools to navigate common committee challenges, and we’ll talk about ways to foster alignment and engagement across Chairs, Vice Chairs, Staff Executives, Liaisons, and committee members.
