What Is a CIPS Designation, and Who Is It For?

The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation is for REALTORS® from the United States and abroad, as well as association staff and volunteer leaders who wish to develop or grow their international real estate business. To teach the CIPS courses, you must fulfill a number of educational requirements and have an "Intent to Hire" letter.

Sponsor the CIPS Courses

To sponsor the courses, an organization must hold a license from the Center for REALTOR® Development.
