Colin served as Treasurer for the D.C. Association of REALTORS® in 2023. He was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year by the D.C. Association of REALTORS® in 2019.
Colin, who has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years, is an Associate Broker at RLAH and operates a team called Metro D.C. Houses with business partner Christopher Suranna. The team serves the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets. Colin loves sharing his knowledge about the power of real estate investment and ownership with others.
He has sold well over $100 million in real estate, working with clients from first-time home buyers and sellers to sophisticated investors redeveloping or rezoning properties and small commercial spaces. Colin continues to grow his expertise and service on behalf of his clients through technology and education.
He earned his MBA from George Washington University with a focus in real estate-based finance.
