Foot traffic can provide great insight into the direction of future home sales. SentriLock, LLC. provides NAR Research with monthly data on the number of showings.
Foot traffic in the area covered by the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® remained stronger in November compared to the same time in 2010.
Year-over-year foot traffic has been consistently stronger in 2011 since May of 2011.
