- Commercial members completed a median of five transactions in 2010 - this is the same as in 2009, but down from eight transactions in 2008.
- The median sales transaction volume in 2010 was $1,282,100 (based on calculating a response of "No transactions" as zero). When those who has no transactions are excluded from the median calculation the median transaction volume was $1,722,200.
- Forty-four percent of commercial members of NAR derived 75 percent or more of their income from all commercial real estate in 2010.
