As we commemorate the anniversaries of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act of 1974, we explore the continued importance of these landmark laws and celebrate the 2024 Fair Housing Champion Award winners, who are overcoming obstacles to homeownership in their businesses and communities.
