
Tim Weisheyer (ABR®, CRS, GRI, SRES®, AHWD, C2EX, e-PRO®, RSPS, SFR®, MRP, PSA), a REALTOR® from Florida, serves as the 2026 Law and Policy Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®. With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate leadership and service, Tim is a respected entrepreneur, broker, investor, and developer. He is the broker-owner of Dream Builders Realty and DBR Commercial Real Estate Services as well as a founding partner of 37 Capital Partners, a Florida-based real estate investment and development firm.
Tim is dedicated to advancing REALTOR® priorities and protecting private property rights. He has been actively involved at all three levels of the organization. At NAR, he chaired the NAR Strategic Planning Committee and served on the Finance and RPAC Trustees Federal Disbursement committees. He is also a past president of Florida REALTORS® and the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, where he was instrumental in establishing the commercial committee and leading advocacy initiatives.
Tim’s public service extends beyond real estate. He was appointed by Florida’s governor to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, where he served as Chairman and oversaw operations for one of the nation’s busiest airport systems. He also served multiple elected terms on the Osceola County School Board, led as President of the Florida School Boards Association, and currently serves on the Florida State University Board of Trustees, focusing on strengthening Florida’s talent pipeline and economic growth.
Known for his ability to navigate complex challenges and foster collaboration among stakeholders, Tim is a dedicated advocate for REALTOR® members and consumers. In his role as Law and Policy Liaison, he draws on his extensive experience in real estate, public policy, and governance to support NAR’s mission.
