Seth Task (CRS, GREEN, AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR® with BHHS Professional Realty, is the 2026 REALTOR® Party Director for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Previously, Seth chaired both NAR’s Federal Financing and Housing Policy and Conventional Financing committees and served on the NAR Extended Leadership team as the Federal Issues Liaison in 2024. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2016.
Seth served as the 2021 Ohio REALTORS® President and was named 2017 REALTOR® of the Year. Prior to that, he served as President of the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® in 2014.
Seth is passionate about improving the quality of his clients’ lives, the rights of homeowners, and the industry in which he serves. He attended Northwestern University and resides in Gates Mills, Ohio, with his wife, Lesley, and his sons Ryan and Elliot. His daughter Madison is a graduate of The Ohio State University and resides in Brooklyn, NY.
