
Rick Violett (GRI, AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR® from California, is the 2026 REALTOR® Party Disbursement Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Since 1977, Rick has served as president of Investment Brokers of Orange County Inc., where he specializes in commercial and residential sales and leasing as well as property management.
An active member of NAR for more than three decades, Rick has held numerous national leadership roles. His service includes chairing the RPAC Trustees Federal Disbursement and Fundraising, REALTOR® Party Campaign Services, Issues Mobilization for State and Local Issues and RPAC Federal Independent Expenditure Disbursement committees. He currently serves as a Federal Political Coordinator for Congresswoman Young Kim in California’s 40th District.
At the California Association of REALTORS®, Rick has served in many leadership roles, including Chair of CREPAC Trustees, IMPAC Trustees and REALTOR® Party Fundraising. Locally, Rick was 2021 President of the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®.
Rick’s many industry honors include NAR’s Federal Political Coordinator Meritorious Service Award, induction into the RPAC Hall of Fame and the CAR Distinguished REALTOR® Award.
Rick, a U.S. Army Reserve veteran and former private pilot, currently serves on the County of Orange Assessment Appeals Board and is a former citizen member of the County Transportation Committee.
He earned his B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from California State University at Fullerton in 1974. Rick and his wife, Linda, have been happily married for 56 years, and are proud parents to their son Eric and grandparents to two granddaughters.
