Nick Manis (GRI, AHWD, C2EX, MRP, SFR®), a REALTOR® with two decades of experience, serves New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania as NAR 2026 Region 2 Regional Vice President. He practices in all three states as a real estate developer and broker and is a licensed real estate instructor for the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
Among his volunteer roles, Nick has served as 2025 Public and Federal Issues Liaison, 2021 Chair of the Federal Taxation Committee and is the Federal Political Coordinator to U.S. Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.). He’s an RPAC Major Investor and President’s Circle member. Additionally, he served as New Jersey REALTORS® President in 2023.
Nick is also active in his community. NAR has twice recognized his charitable work: in 2012 as a REALTOR® Hero and in 2013 as a Good Neighbor Award honorable mention.
He holds a bachelor’s from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rutgers University’s business school. He lives in Monmouth County, N.J., with his wife, Ioanna, and children Siena and Constantine.
