Story Idea – Is now a good time to sell?
According to data from the National Association of REALTORS®, 62 percent of people believe that now is a good to time sell a home and that number goes up to 69 percent when looking specifically at the West Coast. However, whether or not it is a good time to sell a home is largely dependent on the specific circumstances of the potential seller and the condition of the local economy. NAR’s 2016 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers shows that the most common reason for selling a home is that it is too small.
