Michael Hickey (C2EX), a REALTOR® from Stowe, Vermont, serves Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont as the National Association of REALTORS®’ 2026 Region 1 Regional Vice President.
He is the Team Leader and CEO of KW Vermont and broker-owner of the Hickey & Foster Real Estate Team. He specializes in the residential and second-home and resort markets.
Over his 11-year career, Michael has held numerous leadership roles at the national, state, and local levels. At NAR, he serves as Vermont State Director, and in 2025, he chaired the Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee. At the Vermont Association of REALTORS®, he served as 2021 President, an Executive Committee Member-at-Large, and chaired the Forms Committee from 2019 to 2020. At the Lamoille Area Board of REALTORS®, he served on the Finance, Membership Engagement, and Advocacy committees and was named 2020 REALTOR® of the Year.
Away from the office, Michael cherishes family life. He and his wife, Kelly, have been happily married for 25 years and are proud parents of three sons—Dakota, Reilly, and Jack—and grandparents to Ryland.
