Mark Makoto Kitabayashi

Mark Makoto Kitabayashi (CIPS, SRES, AHWD), a REALTOR® from Puyallup, Washington, was the 2019 National Association of REALTORS® liaison for Region 12, comprised of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.

Mark has been a REALTOR® for 19 years. He is a managing broker at Windermere Real Estate located in Puyallup, where he specializes in residential real estate.

At the national level, Mark has served on the NAR Board of Directors since 2011. 

He also served as Committee Liaison to Global Business in 2017. Since 2014, he has been appointed to the national advisory board of the Asian Real Estate Association of America representing NAR. In 2019, he is serving as Global Ambassador to Japan & Mongolia.

Mark is a member of the Washington Association of REALTORS® and is currently serving in his 13th year on the Board of Directors. In 2013, he served as the association’s president.

Mark served as president of his local association, the Thurston County REALTORS®, in both 2006 and 2010. He was named their REALTOR® of the Year in 2006.
