The housing market is changing fast—are you keeping up? A new podcast, “NAR REALTOR® News Change Agents,” from the National Association of REALTORS®, takes listeners inside the most-pressing conversations facing the real estate industry.
The new podcast will feature candid conversations with the industry’s most influential leaders, brokers, CEOs and real estate standouts on emerging trends, opportunities and challenges and the latest market updates and takeaways to fuel growth.
“Our goal is to help get members to their next transaction,” says Nykia Wright, NAR’s CEO and host of the podcast. “‘Change Agents’ does this by bringing tangible advice to REALTORS® directly from those shaping the industry.”
Wright will be moderating the new podcast alongside association leaders Bennett Richardson, NAR’s chief marketing and communication officer; Sherry Chris, special advisor, brokerages at NAR and former CEO of Better Homes and Garden Real Estate; and Jarrod Grasso, senior vice president of industry relations and former CEO of the New Jersey REALTORS®.
The podcast also will include success stories of REALTOR® members, along with their top business strategies, to provide you with actionable insights to strengthen client relationships and stay competitive in an evolving market.

The debut episode, launching March 4, features Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty, discussing why professional expertise matters more than ever in an AI-driven world, how agents can strengthen client relationships—especially with first-time buyers—and what agents in the U.S. can learn from international real estate markets.
