Deborah Baisden

Deborah Baisden, CRS, GRI, is an agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Realty in Virginia Beach, Va., who also serves as the 2024 chair of NAR’s Member Communications Committee. Baisden was NAR’s Region 3 vice president in 2020, overseeing Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. She currently serves as a federal political coordinator for Rep. Jen Kiggans. In addition to her volunteer roles at NAR, Baisden actively serves her local board, the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association.

Amy Kong

Amy Kong, ABR, CRS, is cofounder of Trust Real Estate in San Bruno, Calif. An immigrant from Hong Kong who is bilingual in English and Cantonese, she has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1988. Kong served as the 2021 national president of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), which has a mission to promote sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities by creating a unified voice among real estate professionals who serve this market.

Carl Lantz

Carl Lantz is an agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in West Hartford, Conn., who also serves as the 2024 vice chair of NAR’s Member Communications Committee. In addition, Lantz serves as the 2024 president of CT REALTORS® and was selected as the state REALTOR® of the Year in 2023. He is a past president of the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® and was named GHAR’s 2019 REALTOR® of the Year. He’s held several positions on the CT REALTORS® Executive Committee in recent years.

Bill Lublin

Bill Lublin, CRS, GREEN, is the CEO of Philadelphia-based Century 21 Advantage Gold, which serves Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and president of Lublin Corporation, a property management company. Lublin is the 2024 president-elect for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®. He has served as a director of PAR several times and was appointed as an NAR Director from Pennsylvania in 2019. He has served on over 70 NAR committees; in 2024, he was appointed to the MLS I&P Committee and the Sustainability Advisory Board.
