Renee Porsia is a licensed real estate agent in California and Pennsylvania with 23 years of experience in the business. Her main office is Realty ONE Group West in Laguna Niguel, Calif. Porsia, who has contributed safety articles to REALTOR® Magazine, calls herself a “disrupter” in the way she has developed her own safety policies for her business. She says she has taken the things that worked, tossed those that didn’t and put it all together to create a work ethic that is “genuinely and unapologetically me.”
Liana Stegall is an agent with Hallmark Properties in Woodburn, Ore. In the real estate business just under a year, Stegall purchased her first home at the age of 24. She says she has always been drawn to careers and activities that involve making a difference in the world, and one of her favorite aspects of her job is the opportunity to help people obtain homeownership and live their dreams. She describes her personality as “fun, positive, detail oriented, empathetic and intuitive.”

Tracey Hawkins, also known as “Tracey, the Safety Lady,” is a former real estate agent who founded her own safety education program, Safety and Security Source, in 1995. Hawkins is a content creator who teaches 12 interactive safety classes that she wrote herself. She teaches agents to stay safe and build their businesses by protecting the consumer.
