Success starts with a strong foundation, says Steven Chicoine, 28. His comes in the form of a personal trainer, financial adviser, professional development coach, and administrative staff. When Chicoine doesn’t know the answer to something, he doesn’t hesitate to reach out: “You can never ask enough questions,” he says. “Not only do you find answers but sometimes you find answers to questions you hadn’t even thought to ask.” Chicoine relishes the nickname his office colleagues have given him—“Young Jedi.” “They think I’m full of energy and innovative in my thinking,” he says. “It’s a great compliment when someone who’s been in the business for more than 20 years asks for ideas on how to improve his or her business.”
