I seek out land for builders and work with my clients, starting from the purchase of the land to the end sale of the houses, townhouses, or condos. I also find projects for developers, such as flipping a single-family home or converting a warehouse to loft condos. Working with investors, I facilitate 1031 exchanges by helping them sell investment properties so they can buy more lucrative ones. I enjoy this niche because it allows me to treat real estate like a full-time job where I’m not just showing people houses on nights and weekends.
