What makes her special: In just two years, Fox has won several production awards. Her 2002 sales volume was almost $6 million, doubling her 2001 number.
Her real passion: Community. Fox gets her name out as a member of the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer for the Bryan-College Station Convention and Visitors Bureau, and a board member for Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center Easter Seals. She also sponsors community sports teams and events.
More than clients: Fox advises salespeople to “treat clients as if they’re part of your family.” That comes naturally for Fox, who was born and raised in nearby Caldwell, population 3,000, and who delights in helping hometown folk make their dreams come true.
Best marketing tactic: Fox doesn’t spend a lot on advertising, but she does invest in radio ads. “They’ve been very effective and most salespeople in this area don’t use them.”
