Buyer specialist Kendahl McIntyre, 29, prides herself on overcoming even the toughest challenges for her clients. So when a newly wedded paraplegic man and his wife sought a special house—complete with an indoor basketball court—she wasn’t about to let them down. “I was determined to find exactly what they were looking for,” she says. When she did, the overwhelmed wife cried with gratitude. “It’s moments like these that I live for in my career,” say McIntyre, 29. During college, McIntyre interned with the Girl Scouts of America, developing a program on bullying and self-image. She describes herself as competitive, driven, and a natural problem solver—one with a heavy dose of compassion. “I genuinely care about my clients and want what is best for them,” she says. “My passion is simple: It’s people.”
