My brokerage provides full-service listings for a low flat fee. Our average seller pays less than 4 percent commission — including 3 percent to a buyer’s agent. Our commission rates represent a significant savings in seller closing costs compared to most brokers in our market. The savings have brought in a higher volume of business, which, in turn, has allowed us to invest more in technology and service offerings than some competing brokers. Outside of selling real estate and owning a brokerage, I’m an avid real estate investor. Clients can leverage my knowledge as a home owner, house flipper, and as a landlord.
