Checking Her List
Bonni Luckett, 29, constantly sets goals. It’s a habit she started while floundering briefly after high school. With no money for college, she needed a career that fit her personality. She wanted an exciting job, enough money to buy a house, and, once she discovered real estate, to be Rookie of the Year in her office. Happily, she’s met those goals. Today, Luckett is involved in leadership positions with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, the Young Professionals Network, and her local association. In 2015, she moved up from Sterling-level RPAC investor to Golden. Her ultimate goal: to one day become president of the National Association of REALTORS®. In the meantime, there will be more lists. “If I’m not making them, I’m making dream boards of things I want to accomplish,” Luckett says. “Just last month, I checked off seven items.”
