In 2018, she served as chair of the RPAC Trustees Fundraising Committee. In 2017, she was national president of the Residential Real Estate Council. And from 2012 to 2015, she served on NAR’s Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee.

At the state level, she chaired the North Carolina REALTORS® Legislative Committee in 2020.

Leigh is an RPAC Hall of Famer, and an international sales and motivational speaker, trainer, and author.

In her community, she holds volunteer board positions in service of Habitat for Humanity in Cabarrus County and the Harrisburg (N.C.) branch of the Cannon Memorial YMCA.

Leigh is a graduate of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She lives in Harrisburg, N.C., with her husband, Steve; her children, Cora and Tim; and three cats (who happen to be available for adoption).
