Keith Henley (ABR®, AHWD, C2EX, PSA), a REALTOR®, developer and investor from Northeast Mississippi, serves as the 2026 Regional Vice President for Region 5 of the National Association of REALTORS®, representing Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Keith has held leadership roles at every level of the organization. Nationally, he has represented Mississippi as a NAR Director and chaired the Residential Economic Issues and Trends Forum as well as the Federal Legislative and Political Forum. Keith is a past president of both the Mississippi Association of REALTORS® (2020) and the Northeast Mississippi Board of REALTORS®.
Keith is the founder of ELITE REALTY, established in 2018, and Motto Mortgage Link, founded in 2022. His contributions to the industry have earned him the title Mississippi REALTOR® of the Year (2021) and three Northeast Mississippi REALTOR® of the Year awards. He is a MARPAC Hall of Fame inductee and an RPAC major investor.
As a proponent of “servant leadership”, Keith is dedicated to nurturing future REALTOR® leaders in Mississippi and is a graduate of LMAR-Leadership (2007), an LMAR-Leadership honors alum (2008, 2019), and a Presidents and Partners alum (2016, 2021, and 2025).
Committed to his community, Keith is known for his generosity and involvement. He is a lifetime member of the Tupelo Elvis Presley fan club, which distributes over $50,000 annually to local charities and youth programs, and he actively supports numerous charitable initiatives throughout Northeast Mississippi.
