Jef Conn (CCIM, SIOR, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Texas, is the 2026 Commercial and Industry Specialties Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®.
In 2025, Jef chaired NAR’s Real Property Operation Committee. In 2024, he served as president of Texas REALTORS®.
With over 18 years of experience as a commercial specialist in industrial and office real estate, Jef has consistently been a top producer and a recognized industry leader. He is a 2019 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy.
Jef earned his degree from Texas Tech University and is a sought-after national speaker in the real estate industry. When he's not engaged in real estate or volunteering at all three levels of the organization, Jef enjoys traveling. He’s a proud dog dad to two doodles who demand all his attention.
