If you log in to nar.realtor and notice that your account information appears incorrect, keep in mind that most member information — such as your name, office, and membership status — can only be updated by your local board. 

Please contact your local board to request any changes to that information. 

To update your email address, home address, preferred mailing address, and subscription preferences, you can manage each of these in My Account.

If your membership is displaying as inactive — whether due to unpaid dues, a membership violation, or what you believe may be an error — you'll also need to reach out to your local board to resolve the issue. They'll be able to review your membership status and make any necessary corrections. To find your local board, use the State & Local Association Directory.
