Frank C. Oti (ABR®, CIPS, GRI, AHWD, C2EX, HFR), a REALTOR® with over 33 years of experience, is the 2026 Global Real Estate Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Frank currently serves as an NAR Global Ambassador to Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, currently sits on the Global Alliances Advisory Board, and has been a member of NAR’s Diversity Committee, Leading Edge Advisory Board, and the CIPS Advisory Board. He is a proud RPAC Major Donor and recipient of multiple Global Awards from NAR’s Africa Bilateral Partners.
At the California Association of REALTORS®, Frank served on the Executive Committee in 2008 and 2015, on the Housing Affordability Fund Committee as Vice Chair in 2023 and Chair in 2024, and as Committee Liaison in 2021. He was also the 2022 Chair of CID Issues – Homeownership Housing and recognized for Outstanding Service as a 2021 Committee Liaison. His involvement extends to the CAR Strategic Planning & Finance Committee.
Locally, Frank is a long-standing member of the Inglewood Board of REALTORS®, serving as a Director since 2005, Past President, and Past Regional Chair. He has been a member of the L.A. County Assessor Advisory Committee since 2019 and has received several honors, including a 2023 Certificate of Recognition from the U.S. Congress and a 2024 Excellence Award from AEAN/NAR Lagos, Nigeria.
Frank holds degrees in Engineering and Management Technology with a focus on Project Management. He is also an active Chair and Board Member of various local and international civic and church organizations.
He has been married to his wife, Uche Oti, for 33 years and is a proud father of four children.
