The Government Affairs Directors’ (GAD) Institute is the National Association of REALTORS®’ annual professional development conference for professional staff employed or contracted by state and local REALTOR® associations. Whether your responsibilities include government affairs, political affairs, legislative or regulatory affairs, lobbying, advocacy, RPAC fundraising, campaigns, community development, or other REALTOR® Party initiatives, GAD Institute is designed to strengthen your knowledge, expand your network, and provide practical tools to support your work.
