Evelyn Arnott

Evelyn Arnott (ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, SFR®, GRI) specializes in the Fairbanks and North Pole, Alaska, markets. She has earned an extraordinary reputation selling real estate by combining first-class service with the utmost respect for business ethics. She is on NAR's Executive Committee, having served as 2024 Regional Vice President for Region 12.

In 2012, Evelyn became a licensed associate broker, and, in 2013, the broker-owner of Gold Standard Real Estate Services LLC.

Evelyn’s passions include serving the community and contributing to the industry. She served as 2020 President of Alaska REALTORS®, 2018 President of the Greater Fairbanks Board of REALTORS®, and has served on each association’s Board of Directors.

Evelyn’s accolades include 2018 Affiliate of the Year and 2019 REALTOR® of the Year for the Greater Fairbanks Board of REALTORS®. In 2021, Alaska REALTORS® named her REALTOR® of the Year for her outstanding work.
