To become certified, you must be a member of the National Association of REALTORS® in good standing.
Complete the HFR Certification Course
Learn your way—either online at your own pace or through an instructor led class, offered in person or as a live interactive webinar.
Submit Your Application
Pay your one-time application fee of $93. You may only promote yourself with the HFR Certification once you receive an email notification that it has been awarded.
Maintain Your HFR Status
There are no annual renewals for HFR Certification, but you must remain an active NAR member in good standing to continue using the logo and name.
