Deborah Baisden (CRS, GRI, AHWD), a REALTOR® from Virginia, is the 2026 Member Services Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Deborah has served at the national, state, and local levels. Nationally, she has chaired several committees, including the Member Communications Committee, and she chaired the Presidential Advisory Group on Total Electronic Closings. In 2020, she served as NAR’s Region 3 Regional Vice President, representing Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. Additionally, she’s a Federal Political Coordinator for Congresswoman Jen Kiggans in the 2nd District.
At the state level, Deborah was president of Virginia REALTORS® in 2015. Locally, she led the Hampton Roads REALTOR® Association as president in 2004. Deborah has been honored as REALTOR® of the Year twice at the local level and was named the 2018 Virginia REALTOR® of the Year. She is also a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame.
Since 1989, Deborah has been a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Realty. She is the Vice Chair and a founding Board Member of VB Home Now, a foundation that supports the Virginia Beach Housing Resource Center.
