Courtney Moriarta is the director of the single family residential team at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. She oversees NYSERDA’s Clean Energy Fund work supporting the 1-to-4-unit existing-homes market, including operation of the EmPower+ program serving low- and moderate-income customers and initiatives designed to promote and rapidly scale uptake of energy-efficient and clean-energy options for all New Yorkers.
