Christopher Suranna (CIPS, CRS, GREEN, AHWD, C2EX, MRP), a REALTOR® licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, is the 2026 Region 3 Regional Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS®, serving Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Chris has held numerous volunteer positions at the local, state, and national levels. He served as the 2018 president of the D.C. Association of REALTORS® and the 2024 president of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®.
A consistent top producer, Chris was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® in 2025 and by the D.C. Association of REALTORS® in 2020.
A REALTOR® Party major investor and President’s Circle member, he was inducted into NAR’s RPAC Hall of Fame in 2020.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys traveling with his husband, Andrew, exploring cultures and cuisines around the world.
