Brandon Martens (AHWD, C2EX), owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Beyond and leader of the InRealty Group with BHGRE Beyond, is the National Association of REALTORS® 2026 Region 8 Regional Vice President, serving Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
With more than two decades in the industry, Brandon has served on several of NAR’s committees, including the Executive Committee, and has been elected to the organization’s Board of Directors. He has also served as President to both the South Dakota REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire.
Brandon's firm belief in the power of “R” is evidenced through his consistent investment in RPAC. Brandon is a Platinum R President's Circle member and served as NAR’s 2024 Realtor Party Involvement Liaison. Through his roles as Region 8 Representative on the NAR RPAC Fundraising Trustees Committee, state RPAC Fundraising Co-Chair, and as part of his local RPAC committee, Brandon has actively encouraged member participation in the organization.
Beyond his dedication to the real estate industry, Brandon places significant importance on community service. He contributes to local organizations, sponsors local schools, operates a giveback program within BHGRE Beyond and consistently supports the REALTORS® Relief Foundation.
Outside of real estate, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, and entertaining loved ones. Sharing meals with those he cares about is one of his favorite pastimes, and his motto of "leave it better than you found it" resonates in everything he does.
