On Tuesday May 14th, Research Economist Gay Cororaton spoke to the Global Alliances Advisory Board.  She spoke about reports and data that Research produces that would be of interest to global-minded audiences.

She also discussed the newly-redesigned State Economic Data for Engaging in International Real Estate.  During April 2017-March 2018, there was $121B in foreign buyer residential purchases.  The five top state destinations for foreign buyers were Florida, California, Texas, Arizona, and New York.

The purpose of the Global Alliances Advisory Board is to provide guidance in the operation of NAR's Global Networks program.  The Board consists of President's Liaisons, Regional Coordinators, an AEC Representative, and the Immediate Past Chair.  The Presidents/EVPs (or designees) of NAR's bilateral cooperating associations and representatives of ambassador associations are attendees.
