On Tuesday May 14th, Research Economist Gay Cororaton gave a commercial real estate update to the Commercial Real Estate Advisory Board. She spoke about the findings of the 2019 Q1 Commercial Real Estate Market Survey and gave insights on trends in the commercial market.

Along with an economic update, Gay discussed the findings of several other commercial real estate-related surveys that Research produces, such as the results from the 2019 REALTORS® and Sustainability report, the 2018 Marijuana and Real Estate report, the 2019 Commercial Real Estate international Business Trends report, and the 2018 Land Market Survey.

The purpose of the Board is to create proprietary research that leads the commercial real estate industry focusing on the core needs of our members. The Board consists of 19 members as follows: Chair, Vice Chair, Immediate Past Chair, the Commercial Committee Chair, Vice Chair, three representatives from the Research Committee, three commercial representatives and one SIOR, one CRE, two IREM, two RLI, two CCIM affiliate representatives.
