  • 43% of members reported that their most recent sales transaction sold for a higher price than it would have last year.
  • 20% of member reported their most recent transaction would have sold for about the same price as it did last year.
  • 28% of members reported their most recent transaction sold for less than it would have a year ago.
  • 10% of members did not report a sales transaction in 2012.
