Bernice Helman (ABR®, AHWD, C2EX, PSA), a REALTOR® from Indiana, is the 2026 Broker Relations Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Bernice is a leader in the real estate industry, serving as Managing Broker and Vice President of Sales for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, where she oversees the firm's Indiana operations.
Bernice's involvement at the local, state and national levels underscores her commitment to the profession. She served as NAR’s 2024 Region 7 Vice President, representing Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, and holds a position on NAR’s Executive Committee.
As 2020 President of the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, she championed initiatives while navigating a global pandemic. She has also served on the board of directors for both the Indiana Association and the Upstate Alliance MLS.
Bernice's contributions to the community and the industry have earned her numerous accolades, including NAR’s Good Neighbor Award in 2013 and the Coldwell Banker Hero Award for Community Service in 2014. She has been recognized as a Wabash Valley Woman of Influence, received the Athena Leadership Award and was honored with the Woman in Business Award and the Hospice Chapman S. Root Award for Community Service.
