Ashley is Managing Partner of the NAR REACH program. She invests in and helps scale technology that advances the U.S. residential real estate sector.
Operated by Second Century Ventures, the strategic venture arm of the National Association of REALTORS®, the REACH program accelerates top technology companies through mentorship, education, exposure and capital.
During her tenure with the Second Century Ventures team, she has helped expand its flagship REACH scale-up program to an additional 6 major markets including the U.S. Commercial sector, Australia, the UK, Canada, Latin America and Israel.
Prior to joining NAR, Ashley led business development for major CPG companies in the home improvement sector across the United States, Western Europe, and Central and South America.
