Asa M. Fleming (AHWD, C2EX, SFR®), a REALTOR® with Allen Tate Realty-Raleigh/Glenwood, serves as 2026 Vice President of Advocacy.
A seasoned industry leader, Asa’s leadership spans the local, state, and national levels. He is a RRAR Past-President and was named the 2016 RRAR REALTOR® of the Year. He also served as the 2019 President of NC REALTORS® and was recognized as the 2020 NCR REALTOR® of the Year. Asa is a proud graduate of the 2014 NAR Leadership Academy and later served as Chair of its Advisory Group in 2017. He has contributed to numerous NAR committees and held two national liaison roles: 2021 REALTOR® Party Community Engagement Liaison and 2024 REALTOR® Party Disbursements Liaison. He is a Hall of Fame Platinum R Major Investor in RPAC.
Asa earned his Master of Real Estate in 2019 from REALTOR® University/Columbia College. He is also active in a local nonprofit organization Southeast Raleigh Promise and has served on the Wake County Planning Board since 2016 and served as Chair in 2022.
Asa lives in Raleigh with his wife Tangie, their two children, Deuce and Alexis, and their two dogs, Cara and Cole.
