Jennifer Branchini

Jennifer Branchini, ABR, CRS, is an associate sales manager at Compass in Pleasanton, Calif. Branchini serves as the 2024 NAR Region 13 vice president, serving California, Guam and Hawaii. She previously served as the 2023 president of the California Association of REALTORS®. She also served as CAR’s treasurer, chairing the strategic planning and finance committees. Branchini is also a past president of the Bay East Association of REALTORS®.

Steve Medeiros

Steve Medeiros, CRS, is the team leader of Steve Medeiros & Associates at Keller Williams Realty in Dartmouth, Mass. Medeiros serves as NAR’s Region 1 vice president, serving Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. He was the 2021 president of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the 2017 president of the REALTOR® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts. RASEM named him the 2022 REALTOR® Party Advocate of the Year.
