Making Space For Clients
Samantha Marker, 26, is no stranger to the task—and the joy—that comes with remodeling homes. She and her husband “love taking something that’s not pretty and making it beautiful—and then being able to sell something fresh to a family or a couple who’s just starting out.” Marker also enjoys working with clients who plan to remodel. She acts as not only their agent but also their project manager, helping her clients from start to finish. Marker recommends everything from interior design options to which electrician to use. What she loves most, however, is making deep connections with her clients. “So many of my clients become friends, and I’ve been able to meet people from all over,” she says. How sincere is her desire to help? When clients need a place to store their possessions during their remodel, she’s likely to let them use her garage.
