2024 Q1 Metro Areas With Largest Percent Gain in Existing Single-Family Home Home Price — Of the 10 markets with the largest price gains in the first quarter of 2024, six were in Illinois and Wisconsin.

The top 10 metro areas with the largest year-over-year price increases all recorded gains of at least 18.2%.
