Three of the country's largest lenders say mortgage financing is available and processing is as quick as possible for conventional borrowers in a roundtable discussion with NAR staff. They also say they need clarity on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA before private capital can get back into the market and that new products will take a hit while they retool their processes and technology to meet the flurry of rules coming out of Washington.
