How have you helped military families achieve their dream of home ownership?
I recently helped a retired Army veteran and his wife become first time homeowners! I worked with them for six months because it was challenging to find something that was VA-approved. Eventually, I succeeded in finding a VA-approved new construction condominium for them. They are absolutely ecstatic about finally owning their own home! It is low maintenance and they can just enjoy it. It was an honor to help make their dream come true and to find them a place that they love.
