How do you keep business hot through the summer?
As a Commercial REALTOR® working with investors, I find they have a year-round appetite for sound investment properties. I make sure that my sellers understand that summer is one of the best times to sell as many investors from out of state visit Chicago to take advantage of all the great happenings. While here, they may spend a day touring available properties while the family takes in the zoo, lakefront, or our amazing shopping districts.
