How do you manage your work/life balance?
As a REALTOR®, there is no work/life balance. It’s very hard to turn off and definitely feels 24/7. When a client contacts me during family time, I go into "customer service mode" and try to reply asap. That's the tough part of being a REALTOR®. However, on Mother's Day and other key times, I block out time for my mom and wife. If I do hear from a client, I will wait for a good time to respond. But if it's urgent then, “Sorry Mom, I gotta take this!” That's Who We R! And they know it :)
